Hello folks! I haven’t had the opportunity to update the blog for a while now cause I’ve been pretty tied down to production work for ReelityTV. We’re busy coming up with 2 new brand channels and they will be announced soon enough! So please excuse us meanwhile if we don’t manage to update our videos in time! Alternatively, you could visit our “LAWL” page for your daily dose of laughter if the wait is killing you. We update daily!

Ok, back to the purpose of writing this blog post. So, I haven’t had a proper holiday until my recent Seoul trip with Clara. My last holiday was to London but that was almost a year ago.  When we (me and Clara) finally managed to squeeze some time off work, we decided to make an impromptu trip.

And yes, it was REALLY  impromptu. We booked the tickets, planned the trip and flew off in less than 48 hours. We didn’t even have a hotel booking when we arrived in Seoul. We finally decided to settle down in Gangnam and were fortunate enough to get a hotel with good location.

Well, long story short. I’m not going to write a lengthy blog post about our trip and show you cheesy pictures of us. What better way to do it than a video? So here it is!

We spent an awesome 8 days exploring Seoul. It was a tad too long but I always love Clara’s company (and terrorizing her)  :) So, where should we go for our next holiday? Suggestions anyone?

This video was shot all handheld using my GoPro Hero 2 and Canon G12 so excuse us for the bad quality.

Special thanks to Rudy for putting the video together!

Hello friends – thank you everyone who commented on the Pizza episode of Reelity Bites! As I’m sure you know (and weren’t inspired to comment on for the very reason) comments on the show equal a chance to win some pizza from Manhattan Pizza Company and after some painstaking decision making that took at least 4 or 5 minutes, we have the winners for you!

There he is. Bjorn. That beautiful man. With that beautiful shape and all that meat… Wait hang on, I started describing the pizza…

I would like to commend you commenting internet folk for giving us very few comments that went along the lines of ‘I never get to eat pizza, I would love the vouchers so I can treat my family to a meal. Also if you don’t let me win a kitten will die.’ And it’s a good thing you didn’t because those comments are systematically ignored because a) It’s emotional blackmail and you should be ashamed and b) I’m deciding who wins and I’m a heartless bastard who wants kittens to suffer.

So without further ado, I announce the winners of the Reelity Bites Pizza competition with thanks to our sponsor for the show, Manhattan Pizza Company!

The winners of the $20 vouchers are:

Gelasia Chew (Facebook)

Khristine Quek (Facebook)

Phyllis Lim (YouTube)

AngelPets12 (YouTube)

Isabelle Ow (Facebook)

You all get $20 vouchers each! The winners of the 20″ pizza are:

Gillian Kwon (Facebook)

Evelyn Chin (Facebook)

Irene Octoviani Tan (Facebook)

Congratulations! You guys will be getting messages very soon so please keep checking your Facebook and Youtube inbox – if you don’t reply to us soon enough we’ll have to find another winner I’m afraid.

Congratulations to the winners you’ll be hearing from us soon. Keep watching Reelity Bites for more competitions coming up very soon.

Thanks to Manhattan Pizza Company for the vouchers, you can find them on Basement 1 at Orchard Central – they really are very, very good pizzas so I suggest you check them out.

Thanks for watching Reelity TV!

Namaste my little blueberries and peace be with you on this glorious existence called LIFE. It is Luq, your “once-shackled-in-the-toilet but now curiously enlightened” Reelity.TV serf, back from my expedition into the jungles of Cambodia. And I have returned with a clearer mindfulness and a renewed energy.

Since you guys like visual aids together with your words, here is a picture of me temple-running around Siem Reap’s famous megalithic ruins:

Indiana Jones wishes he could learn to relax like me.

And here is another of me slashing through the marshlands on the slopes of the Cardamom Mountains:

I don’t know what all the fuss John Rambo was on about because the Far East tropics are calming as sh*t…

But I have to admit; It has only been my first week back but it’s almost like I never left. Stockholm Syndrome has fully set in and I couldn’t stay away for too long.

Anyway, I am out of the frying pan and sauntering back into the fire as we have some exciting now stuff coming up in next couple of months. Firstly, our good friend and everyone’s much-loved army recruit Noah Yap will be getting his own show right here on ReelityTV and we’re on a quest to find his on-screen better-half. We invite all you pretty ladies (or ladyboys) 18 & above to send in your

  • contact details
  • a picture (…of yourself. Not a sleeping cat)
  • a description of why you’d make a good host

and any relevant links or videos you might have to enquiry@reelity.tv.

Also, when Joshua isn’t hurling his new indestructible phone at people from across the office, we’ve been recording new episodes of Reelity Bites where we’ll see Rachell flaunt her pizza-making prowess, deal with her anger management issues and help YOU, the viewer, ace that job interview and become the new Mark Zuckerberg(…maybe not so much that last part). So stay tuned for that!

Hello everyone. Now you’ve finished looking at Luqman’s self-indulgent holiday photos here’s your less-than-friendly Angst Moh, Fin Carew, to add a small note. It was just Joshua’s birthday last week and for such an occasion he was given a large card with sentimental messages and a pair of sunglasses. I’d like to emphasise that those of us within Reelity TV had nothing to do with it. Nada. Zilch. Zero. And if you’re reading this, Josh, wondering why we’re waiting so long to throw your surprise party – it’s not happening. And you know what else? I took one of your tea bags this week. I could have taken my own which was the same brand and right next to your box, but I didn’t.

I think we can all agree that Joshua’s birthday is a big fat pile of ‘who cares?’, but nonetheless we should all try to acknowledge his existence in some small way so he keeps asking me to write these videos so you can keep watching them. So happy birthday, Joshua. Everyone wish Joshua a happy birthday with me – even if you don’t mean it, he won’t know the difference – and maybe we’ll be able to go film some women in bikinis or drink lots of beer with another drinking episode.

Thank you everyone. I hope I ruined your day. Here’s a picture of what happens when Joshua farts.

So I’m finally a changed man & a better person. Just typing that out makes me feel a bit pretentious but believe me when I say I am at my most humble right now. That’s actually not true. I still have temper issues.

Well, the first step to recovery is accepting the fact that you do have a problem right?

Anyway, I’ve recently got my hands on the latest iPhone 5 and I decided that it’ll be the last phone that I change, unless he falls apart by himself (My Siri’s voice is male, which is kinda weird). I usually own a phone no more than 3 months. Back in 2012, I thrashed an iPhone 4, an iPhone 4S and a couple Galaxy Notes.

Here is a picture of my latest doing:

I know I can be pretty quick tempered sometimes. But wait..

Please think twice before you judge me. I believe everyone has got friends who are doctors, lawyers, team PAP, team WP, team Jacob, team Edward, and everything in between. This Internet is a crossroads of multicultural interaction. And that’s cool. We all have our differences, myriad outlooks on life.

But if you still believe that the Android System is better than iOS, then you’re an @$$hole. And if you’re still using a Blackberry, then you should keep up with the 21st century.

So after I got my iPhone 5, I begun my search for the world toughest iPhone casing that could withstand my quick temper. And I finally found it. The LUNATIK! They’ve got pretty awesome protection of all kinds that will suit your needs. (Nothing sexual.) Do check them out as well!

It’s proven to be one of the toughest iPhone casings that’s available. And I’ve thrown it on the ground at least a dozen times when people ask me what the frak is that because it looks humongous. I still remember there is this one time when this little boy came up to me in the supermarket and started making fun of me. I threw my phone at the boy’s face, but he took it well. (My iPhone, not the little boy)

Here’s a video about the iPhone casing if you’re interested:

I don’t usually give good reviews about gadgets and tech. But this iPhone casing has definitely got to be the best investment I made in 2013. If I’d found out about it earlier, I might have just saved myself a couple thousand of dollars. On the bright side, I now have 4 really expensive paper weights. Well, if you’re interested in getting one or any of their other products, use this LINK  to get a 10% discount off your bill!

You’re welcome!

Gonna end of the post here now. I’ve got to get back to bossing my employees around or it’ll seem like I’m not doing any work. Till then!

Happy Lunar New Year from all of us at Reelity.TV ! Despite the holidays, all of us have been kinda tied down to work lately so we haven’t had much time to update our blog. Production should slow down a in couple of weeks so expect more updates then!

Anyway, I was browsing through some videos on YouTube and I came across this one video which really touched and inspired me. But I felt I wouldn’t have given it justice if I posted it only on the “LAWL” page so I decided to post it here, in a blog post.

Watch this video if you want to restore your faith in Humanity:

May this video touch your heart and inspire you like it did for me. Kindness starts from within, and it doesn’t hurt to give a little sometimes, so start making a difference!

With that said, have a Happy Lunar New Year all of you! May joy, good health and fortune always be with you all!

Luq has gone and I now have no reason to come into the office at all. Y’know, except for the work. Joshua is here and every action he makes is another tick on my checklist of ‘Reasons To Murder People’. … Gee, I sure hope he doesn’t read these things.

Welcome to 2013! I hope you’ve all got New Year resolutions of reading more books and having more babies – only after marriage of course. By the way I’ve been asked to put in more pictures so here’s a picture of a cat under a blanket.

The Green Lantern cat

It’s my turn to write in the blog so how about I update you on what’s been going on? We’ve had some very challenging and fun shoots with Rachell and special guest hosts who you’ll find out about this month. I’m currently in the process of writing and developing lots of lovely new shows ranging from the funny to weird to romantic. Keep your eye out for new episodes coming on Reelity.TV this year! Now, I’ve been asked to include more pictures so here’s a picture I made of an updated March Of Progress.

Rudy is once again nowhere to be seen despite apparently having edited the entire Reelity Showdown series, so either we have ghost or I’m doing all the rest of the editing myself in my sleep.

On a side note, I’ve been told we need to include more pictures so here’s a picture of me if I was an anime character.

That head band isn’t doing sh*t to keep the hair out of my eyes.

We all hope you had a jolly good New Year. I personally was watching the fireworks at Marina Bay which I can assure you is infinitely better in real life. In fact it’s pretty tedious on TV, why would you bother? I couldn’t help but notice no one was drinking at all. On New Year’s Eve. I thought that’s what it’s for? It’s like having Christmas without presents, or St Patrick’s Day without giant novelty hats. Shame on all of you, you should all be drinking alcohol! Didn’t you see the Beer Pong episode of Reelity Bites? Drinking is fun! So get drinking. And while you’re at it, take up smoking, heroin and selling your body to aging politicians.

Just before I go I’ve been told to add more pictures so here’s the smallest picture of a landscape on the internet.

.

Bye bye. Go and like our Facebook page and check out how you can stand a chance to win an iPad Mini when you become a fan of ours! And follow us on Twitter too!
